About Nell Johnson:

Nell Johnson is an actress recognized for her roles in Twelve Monkeys (1995), Lady in the Water (2006), and Prisoner: Cell Block H (1979).

In Prisoner, Johnson portrayed Sarah Higgins, who first appeared in episode 416 as the calm and unyielding chair of the parole board for characters Lizzie Birdsworth and Phyllis Hunt, credited as Miss Higgins.

In a rare 2023 interview with Talking Prisoner, Johnson revealed that after retiring from acting, she pursued a career as an author.
